2022年【夏】国際交流プログラム運営インターンを募集しております！

このCREATIVE ROOM運営の一環として、福岡市が進めている「福岡型ワーケーション事業」のパートナー企業として、福岡市ならではの「親子でできるワーケーション」企画を進めてまいりました。

この度、アジアのハブシティである福岡で「国際交流」をテーマに、親子ワーケーションプランを実施することとなりました。(実施日:8月21日(仮予定))

県外から福岡市に来られるファミリーを迎えるにあたり、様々なアクティビティを盛り込んだワーケーションプランを企画しております。今回、このイベントの企画から当日の運営までを一緒に創り上げてくれるインターンを募集しております！

募集要項

インターン期間: 6月25日〜8月25日
イベント開催日: 8月21日(仮)
業務形態:インターン
業務内容:
・国際交流イベントの企画・運営のサポート業務
・SNSなどでの広報業務
・上記の業務に対しての打合せ・準備として、毎週土曜日10:00-12:00を想定しています。（日程は調整可能）イベントが近くなると、打合せや準備が増える可能性があります。

(報酬・待遇)
・イベント時ににかかる活動費(移動費、ランチ、夕食含む)の提供があります。
・打合せ・準備に伴っての交通費(1日600円まで)をお支払いいたします。
・インターン期間中は、コワーキング施設「CREATIVE ROOM」使用が可能です。(平日10時-17時)

・英語が話せる方
・国際交流に興味がある方
・イベントを企画・運営することが得意な方、チャレンジしてみたい方
・子供の教育に興味がある方
・明るく、楽しく子供と接することができる方
・メンバーと協力しながら責任を持って自分のタスクを遂行できる方
・日本語能力N4以上あることが望ましい

Internship for International Students – Family International Exchange Program –

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a 「Family Workcation Program 」 with the theme of “International Exchange” this August 2022 in Fukuoka, a hub city in Asia!

To run this exciting program, we are currently looking for International Exchange Students who like playing with kids and are interested in international exchange, and interacting with people as an intern.

We are planning various activities to make this an unforgettable memory for participants’ families and we would like you to help support running this program with us!!

Internship period

2022, June 25th to 2022 Aug 25th.
If you would like to join us for a 1-day volunteer on an event day, that would be also very helpful.

Contents of tasks

Planning and organizing the program.
Preparations for each activity.
Activities & games with kids using English.
Interacting with participants including parents.

Requirements

Fluent in English
JLPT above N4
Participate in the Event held on 8/21. (*Event date is currently being coordinated.)
Meeting & Preparation 1-2hours / a week ( both offline and online )
*When it is close to the event, we might need to have additional meetings and preparations.

We are looking for those who are good at

planning and organizing the programs.
doing activities & games with kids using English.
Interacting with participants including parents.

Reward

This is not a paid internship, however, the transportation fees, and meals during the event will be provided.

In addition to this, you can use our Co-working facility between 10 am to 17 pm on weekdays while you are an Intern!
